Go to the Balance statement section in your account menu. Select the desired period, user, team, or company. In the filters under the Category section, choose Commissions, and then click Apply.

Note that you can also download the statement in CSV format. To do this, simply click on the designated button on the screen.

You will see transactions in three statuses:

  • Hold - commission is reserved when creating a new payment

  • Canceled - the commission has not been charged

  • Executed - the commission has been charged

In order to account for varying commissions on different cards during transactions, we temporarily reserve the highest potential commission amount based on the current working conditions. This amount is put on hold.

Example 1.

Let's assume that for a certain type of card, we charge $0.5 for declined payments due to insufficient funds, and $0.1 for each successful debit transaction.

You have made a payment of $100, and the maximum commission for either outcome is $0.5. We will reserve this amount from your account. If the payment is successful, $0.1 will be debited and you will receive a 0.5% refund.

Example 2.

Let's assume that for a certain type of card, we charge $0.5 for declined payments due to insufficient funds and $0.2 + 2% for debits in a currency other than the card's currency.

For example, if you made a payment of 100 euros with a dollar card, the maximum commission from the two possible outcomes would be $0.2 + 100 x 2% = $2.2. We will reserve this amount from your account. If the payment is rejected, we will debit $0.5 and refund $2.2. In the case of a successful debit, we will charge a fee equal to the reserved amount.
