|
5 | Card transaction limit exceeded
| This restriction is valid on several BINs (limit of 25 transactions per day). Issue extra card.

The decline rate is calculated by dividing the number of canceled transactions by the total amount of all card payments. As we charge a fee for each decline, it is in your best interest to minimize the number of declines in order to reduce the amount of money in your account.
To maintain widespread acceptance and avoid increased card service fees from the provider/bank, it is crucial to minimize the number of declines for your cards.
Tips for Minimizing Declines:
Ensure timely top-ups of your account and card balances. You can enable the critical account balance notification feature.
Activate the auto-top-up feature, which automatically adds funds to your card when it reaches a certain threshold.
Connect notifications to the Telegram bot to receive messages about rejected transactions. This allows for quicker reactions and balance replenishment.
Remove the card from the payment methods of the service to prevent further attempts to deduct money from the card.
