Sometimes cards may have the status of "Locked" or "On Pause". In such cases, a security mechanism is activated, preventing you from using the card and making payments until the negative balance on the card and/or account is cleared. One possible reason for this is that a transaction fee was charged on the amount that exceeded the account balance. To unblock the card, you need to add funds to the balance.
