Where can I view card, team, and payment statistics?

In this article, you'll learn where to find statistics for your cards, team, and all payments.

The Analytics section allows you to quickly monitor your card performance, team activity, and payment statistics. It helps you track expenses, decline rates, fees, and overall performance.

The section consists of three tabs:

  • By cards

  • By team

  • Payments


By cards

The By cards tab allows you to view statistics for all your cards and BINs.

You can choose whose data to display:

  • My balance

  • Company

  • Team

Overview

At the top of the page you'll find:

  • Remaining daily card creation limit

  • Number of free cards available

  • Number of cards by status:

    • active

    • frozen

    • blocked

    • locked

This provides a quick overview of the current status of all your cards.

BIN statistics

Below, you'll find detailed statistics for each BIN.

For every BIN, the following metrics are displayed:

  • number of cards by status

  • total spending

  • pending transaction amount

  • current decline rate

  • company decline rate

You can select any reporting period (default is Last 30 Days) and refresh the data at any time.


Team

The Team tab allows you to analyze your team's performance over a selected period.

At the top of the page you'll find three summary widgets:

Transaction Summary

Displays the overall transaction volume, including:

  • total approved spending

  • pending transaction amount

  • total transaction volume

Declines

Provides a quick overview of your team's payment performance.

It displays:

  • overall decline rate

  • number of successful transactions

  • number of declined transactions

Fee

Shows fee statistics for the selected period:

  • fees for approved transactions

  • fees currently on hold

  • total fees

User statistics table

Below the summary widgets you'll find detailed statistics for each team member.

For every user, the following information is displayed:

  • username

  • role

  • approved spending (amount and number of successful payments)

  • pending transactions (amount and quantity)

  • number of declined transactions and decline rate

  • total fees

  • total spending

Filters

For more detailed analysis, you can use the following filters:

  • User - display statistics for a specific user

  • Role - filter data by team role

  • Group - display statistics for a selected user group

  • Time zone - select the time zone used to display data

  • Fee type - filter statistics by a specific fee type

  • Currency - choose the reporting currency (USD or EUR)

Using these filters, you can quickly generate statistics for specific users, roles, groups, fee types, currencies, or reporting periods.


Payments

The Payments tab is designed for analyzing all payment activity by day.

All data is grouped by date, making it easy to track spending and payment activity over time.

For each day, you'll see payments:

  • Pending - total amount and number of payments currently being processed

  • Approved - total amount and number of successfully completed payments

  • Declined - total amount and number of declined payments

  • Pending commissions - fees currently on hold

  • Approved commissions - fees charged for successful payments

  • Declined commissions - fees charged for declined payments

Each column displays both the total amount and the number of transactions.


💡 Tip: Use the Cards tab to monitor your cards and BIN performance, the Team tab to evaluate your team's activity and efficiency, and the Payments tab for a detailed day-by-day breakdown of spending, fees, and payment statuses.
