How to issue a card?

In this article you will know how to issue cards.

To create a card, select the section Virtual сards → Create.

Available BINs are from:

  • 🇺🇸 USA

  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom

  • 🇪🇪 Estonia

  • 🇨🇭 Switzerland

  • 🇭🇰 Hong Kong

  • 🇸🇬 Singapore

  • 🇨🇴 Colombia

Supported currencies: USD and EUR.

You can also add your favorite BINs to Favorites by clicking the ❤️ icon — this way, you’ll be able to find them more easily in the future.

Premium & Exclusive BINs

  • Premium — unlocked with a total spend of $10,000+.

  • Exclusive — unlocked with a total spend of $100,000+.

Fees (may vary depending on the BIN)

  • Card cost — one-time fee charged in USD when creating a card.

  • FX mark-up fee — applied when spending in currencies other than the card’s base currency.

  • Top-up / withdrawal — fee for moving funds to and from the card.

  • Monthly service fee — fixed fee for using the card.

  • For approved transactions — commission per confirmed payment.

  • Microtransactions — applied to payments for less than $5/€5.

  • Declines — commission for failed transactions.

⚠️ Important: Each BIN has a maximum allowed decline rate.
If this rate is exceeded, issuing new cards from this BIN will be disabled.

Limits

  • Daily limit (Cards): total number of cards your team can issue per day (counting from the first card created).

  • Daily limit (Source): number of cards available per BIN per day.

  • Free cards left: number of cards you can issue without paying the issuance fee.

When selecting a card, you’ll need to specify:

  • Card name

  • Type (Balance or Limit)

  • Quantity

  • Deposit amount (from $10 to $150, depending on the BIN)

💡 You can also add notes and tags to make it easier to organize and distinguish cards.


Additional

Cards may differ depending on the BIN:

  • Support: OTP / 3DS

  • Type: Balance or Limit

  • Validity period: unlimited or up to 48 months (depending on the BIN)

⚡ Once created, your card will be instantly ready for payments.
