The “Balance” section in your Combo.Cards account lets you track all transactions related to your total available balance. Here, you can view incoming funds, withdrawals, fees, transfers, and also filter transactions using various criteria.

How to Use Filters?

At the top of the section — and under the “Filters” button — you'll find advanced search options to help narrow down your transaction history:

Operation Category:

  • Balance operations – interactions with external services and wallets

  • System operations – automated credits and debits

  • User transfers – transfers between users

  • Currency exchanges – currency exchanges between balances

  • Card operations – actions related to cards

  • Commissions – transaction fees

Subcategory:

  • All specific operation types based on the selected category.

Direction:

  • Income – all incoming transactions

  • Withdrawal – all outgoing transactions

Trigger (Initiator):

  • Admin – manually triggered by a manager

  • User – initiated by the user

  • System – system-triggered (e.g., fees)

  • Rule – triggered by a custom rule (e.g., auto top-up)

Status:

  • Initial, Finished, Rollbacked, Processing rollbacking, Cancelled

Currency:

  • Filter by currency (e.g., USD, EUR)

What’s displayed in this section?

The table shows key details for each transaction:

  • ID - a unique identifier for the transaction.

  • Date – the local time when the transaction occurred.

  • Operation category / Subcategoty – the main category and subcategory of the transaction.

  • Trigger – shows who initiated the transaction: an admin, a user, the system, or an automated rule.

  • Status – indicates the current state of the transaction: finished, initial, canceled, etc.

  • Amount – the transaction amount.

  • Currency – the currency in which the transaction was made

  • Remaining balance – the remaining account balance following the transaction.

  • User – the user associated with the transaction.

  • From / To – the context of the transaction (e.g., which account or card was involved).

  • Comment – a manually added note, if applicable (e.g., a top-up made through a manager).

How to export data?

After setting the desired filters, click the Download CSV button — you’ll receive a file containing transactions that match the selected criteria.
