How to set up automatic replenishment of team members' balance?

In this article we will tell you how to set up automatic balance replenishment for your team members.

To make an automatic replenishment of a team member's balance, go to the Manage users tab and select the desired user.

Next:

1. Go to the "Auto deposit" tab.

2. Switch the "Auto deposit" to "on" mode.

3. Select the minimum USD/EUR balance amount and enter the replenishment amount.

4. Click "Save changes".

After the auto-replenishment of the balance is set up, the team member will have a designation indicating the balance replenishment currency and the assigned user.

Please note that auto-replenishment only works if the owner has sufficient funds on his balance. It is important that after the transfer of money, the owner has an amount not less than the credited amount.

For example:

  • Owner balance = $200

  • Buyer balance = $100

  • Minimum amount for auto-deposit = $100

What will happen:

✅ Auto-replenishment will work because after transferring $100 to the buyer, the owner will also have $100 left (not less than the credited amount).

❌If the owner had less than $200, auto-replenishment would not work, since the balance condition would not be met.
