Balance cards come with a convenient auto top-up feature. It helps you avoid constant balance checks and manual top-ups, while also significantly reducing the number of declines due to insufficient funds.
How to Enable Auto topup
Go to the Virtual cards section.
Select the card you want.
Scroll down to the Auto topup block and click Set Up.
In the Top-Up Condition field, choose the rule that works best for you:
If balance is less than... – when your card balance falls below the value you set, it will be topped up automatically.
Daily – the card will be topped up automatically once every 24 hours with the amount you specify.
Weekly – the card will be topped up automatically once every 7 days with the amount you specify.
Monthly – the card will be topped up automatically once every 30 days with the amount you specify.
How the «When the balance is below» rule works
Specify the value at which the card replenishment is triggered. For example, $5.
Select the rule:
TO - for example, up to $100. This means that whenever the balance falls below $5, the algorithm will automatically replenish the balance by the necessary amount to bring it back up to $100.
BY - for example, $15. This means that whenever the cash balance falls below $5, the algorithm will automatically replenish the balance by $15.
The algorithm will only be processed successfully if you have sufficient funds available in your balance. If the balance is insufficient, the top-up will not occur.`
