What to do if the authorization payment code doesn't come?

To receive notifications about your payments via Telegram, make sure you have connected a Telegram bot in Settings => Notifications. If the Telegram bot is connected but you're still not receiving payments, follow these steps:

  1. Contact the support chat and explain the problem. Make sure to provide the last 4 digits of the card and the BIN type.

  2. The next time you request a code, choose the email method, but only after receiving confirmation from our team that they are ready to accept it and will notify you.
