To add funds to your balance you need to do the following:
Go to the Dashboard screen, click the Add Money button and then Add USDT (external wallet)
In the pop-up window select the network - ERC20 or TRC20 and wallet from which you plan to deposit, transfer USDT from it to the address specified in the window.
Once the transfer has been completed, enter the transaction hash code and select the currency account for replenishment. Then, click the Confirm payment button to proceed. The funds will be credited to your account.
This method will work if you are using a hot wallet like Trust Wallet or Exodus. If you use an exchange wallet, then you can top up your balance using this method only with the help of a business manager, contacting support, or using the Combo Wallet.
