By default, access rights depend on the user's role (Team Lead, Finance Manager, Media Buyer), but if needed, they can be adjusted individually for a specific employee.
⚠️ Important: only the Account Owner can configure individual permissions.
How to set up permissions for a user?
To change access permissions:
Go to Manage users → Permissions.
Select the status of users you want to display:
All - all users
Active - active users only
Inactive - inactive users only
In the User field, select the employee you need.
Once you select a user, the list of available permissions will open.
Turn the necessary permissions on or off.
All changes take effect immediately after saving.
What permissions can be configured?
Card management
For the selected user, you can allow or restrict:
creating cards
editing cards
blocking cards
freezing cards
setting up autotopup
changing card limits
viewing sensitive card data (card number, expiration date, CVC)
withdrawing funds from cards
Wallet access
If needed, the account owner can grant a Finance Manager access to their Combo wallets.
Once this permission is enabled, the user will get access to the Combo wallet → Owner's wallet section.
⚠️ This permission is only available for users with the Finance Manager role who are in the All Groups group.
How do the toggles work?
Each permission can be set to one of three modes:
Default - the role's standard permissions apply.
On - the selected functionality will be available to the user.
Off - the selected functionality will be unavailable to the user.
Merchant payment restrictions
If needed, you can also restrict payments - allow or block specific merchants for your team's users.
