How to request funds from a team owner?

In this article, you’ll learn who can send balance top-up requests, how the approval process works, and what happens after confirmation.

Combo Cards allows users to request funds from a higher-role user.

This is convenient if you need to top up your balance for work, but fund distribution is controlled by the owner or a financial manager.


How to send a request?

  • Go to the Dashboard

  • Click Deposit

  • Select Request funds

  • Choose the user, amount, and currency

  • Click Request

After that, the request is sent to the selected user via Telegram.


Who can request funds?

Business owner

  • cannot send requests

Finance manager (All Groups)

  • business owner

Team Lead

  • business owner

  • financial manager (all groups)

Financial manager (subgroup)

  • business owner

  • financial manager (all groups)

  • their own team lead

Buyer (subgroup)

  • business owner

  • financial manager (all groups)

  • their own team lead

  • their group’s financial manager

The list of available users for requests is displayed automatically depending on your role.


How does approval work?

The request is sent via Telegram with two buttons:

  • Approve - funds are deducted from the balance and credited to the requester

  • Reject - the request is declined

The request is valid for 24 hours.

If the user does not have the Telegram bot connected, the request cannot be sent.
